During Chef Thompson’s work with our family he always established himself with high levels of professionalism and enthusiasm. He is attentive, kind, considerate and consistently has a positive attitude. Also Chef Thompson is conscientious, punctual and diligent and was a pleasant addition to our family during the summer.

Chef Thompson has demonstrated to me that he is both more capable and knowledgeable as well as motivated than most chefs of today. With his experience and attention to quality we successfully changed the theme of our beach restaurant to a very upscale “New Orleans Cajun and Creole'' lunch and dinner concept. Chef Thompson keeps very current as to what is “happening” in the culinary World and can always be relied upon for an innovative and practical suggestion. Administratively, Michael is there, when and where you need him.

Chef Michael Thompson has been chef in my home for several years until which time all of our children were off to college. He is a delight to have in our home and has a wonderful personality. Our children love him and so do many of our friends who have also taken a liking to his culinary skills. They sometimes use him as a chef as well.

I found Chef Thompson to be professional, trustworthy and responsible as well as pleasant, good humored and very flexible. His healthful dishes were delicious. He has the ability to try new ways of preparing foods, with a solid background in food presentation, all of our meals were beautiful as well as delicious. I will reach out to him with all my future needs for a private chef. I would also recommend him to all my friends and colleagues.

Chef Mike made every accomodation for our family and friends who require Kosher, vegetarian, gluten free diets and the likes. He has excellent fundamental knowledge in taste combinations, recipes of various cuisines around the globe. 

Chef Mike prepared menus weeks in advance and managed all food orders and deliveries. The kitchen was always impeccable and well organized.

Upon our first meeting Chef Mike demonstrated a superb level of professionalism with extensive knowledge and experience. Aside from being especially personable and responsible Chef Mike is highly flexible and adapted to the ever changing schedule of our family of 15. Regardless of the circumstances bestowed upon him he always accepted in a calm manner and always kept his composure.
